As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate product knowledge will be key to your success in this role. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. Sell products by effectively communicating features and benefits. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of items. Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
