Full-Time / Part-Time Position Overview We are seeking a polished, fashion-forward Sales Associate to provide an elevated shopping experience for our clientele. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury fashion, styling, and personalized customer service, with the ability to build lasting relationships and drive boutique sales through exceptional hospitality and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities Deliver a high-touch, personalized shopping experience to every customer Provide styling guidance and outfit recommendations tailored to client preferences Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up, outreach, and clienteling Achieve individual and team sales goals Maintain in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, designers, fabrics, and inventory Assist with merchandising, visual displays, and maintaining boutique presentation standards Process transactions accurately using POS systems Receive, organize, and restock merchandise Support boutique events, trunk shows, and VIP shopping experiences Maintain a professional and polished appearance consistent with the boutique brand Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, ideally in women's fashion, luxury retail, or boutique environments Strong sense of style and knowledge of contemporary fashion trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide discreet, attentive, and elevated customer service Self-motivated with strong organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Experience with social media or client outreach is a plus Preferred Traits Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude Confidence in styling and wardrobe coordination Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual presentation Ability to develop repeat clientele and foster customer loyalty Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay and/or commission structure Employee discount Opportunities for growth within the company Fashion-forward and collaborative work environment
