Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in an eager, polite, and responsive manner
• Quickly and accurately process customers request for excellent customer service
• Effectively and accurately process customer payments (ensuring proper billing, collecting proper payments, and providing correct change)
• Set and manage customer expectations
• Familiarize with our POS System to ensure as little errors as possible with customer transactions
• Answer all customer questions correctly
• Ensure all customer transactions and discounts are correct and noted properly
• Clean and maintain the lobby/desk area
• Ensure customer safety to the degree possible
• Respectfully follow management instructions & procedures
• Effectively communicate with management

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older as of the employee's start date
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ Year Transactional Experience Preferred
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and staff members in English (Spanish a plus)
• Capable of performing the physical aspects of the job, including bending and twisting, standing for long periods of time , and lifting up to 20 pounds
• Able and willing to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
