Responsibilities Answer customer questions on specific brands or products Help customers place orders through our website. Help customers with specific needs, such as with questions about specific products. Be aware of any customer complaints and resolve them quickly. Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times. Comply with inventory control procedures. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Help other associates as needed to ensure a safe environment in the store. Assist with inventory control when needed. Assist with cleaning duties when needed. Experience Prior Experience in retail is a plus!
