As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll serve as the connection between our brand and customers—delivering engaging product demonstrations, recommending solutions based on customer needs, and guiding them through the full sales experience from first interaction to purchase and service activation. The Retail Sales Associate role requires strong organization, adaptability, and a commitment to staying informed on products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Frontier products and services to confidently communicate value to customers Deliver personalized customer experiences by answering questions, resolving concerns, and recommending appropriate solutions Drive sales by matching customers with plans and services that fit their needs and usage Follow all company policies, client guidelines, and compliance standards Support new team members by sharing best practices and product knowledge Consistently meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary Accurately track and update customer interactions, sales activity, and service details
Retail Sales Associate Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, sales, or hospitality preferred Previous Retail Sales Associate experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment Outgoing, confident, and solution-focused approach Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if applicable)
