Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers, stocking shelves, cash register and cleaning as needed.
- Offering top-notch service to our customers, while assisting them in finding the products they are looking for as well as offering suggestions.
- Staying up to date on new products and promotions.
- Upselling without being pushy, this is the key to boosting sales and commissions!
- Following Cash Register, Opening and Closing procedures amongst others
Requirements:
- Charisma, and strong interpersonal skills. You must be a people person, someone who can engage a customer, strike up a conversation and make them feel welcome.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in using POS systems for payment processing
- Basic knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with electronic sales systems is a plus
