Job Description
Job Overview We're looking for an outgoing, courteous Retail Sales Associate with excellent customer service skills to work at shop located in the heart of Downtown Mystic. We're seeking individuals who are professional, passionate, and enthusiastic. While knowledge of wine, beer, or spirits is certainly a bonus, we're most interested in hiring someone who is eager to learn, hardworking, and genuinely enjoys building relationships with our loyal customer base. If you have a vibrant personality and a passion for creating personalized, memorable experiences, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities & Duties Warmly welcome guests and assist them in locating items Offer thoughtful advice and product recommendations Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction Operate a point-of-sale system/cash register with accuracy Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked Introduce promotions and events to customers Cross-sell products to enhance the guest experience Verify customer age when required Occasionally assist with local deliveries Qualifications Retail sales experience preferred Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation Ability to remain active for extended periods Comfortable lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs.
