Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice on lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and floral design products. Assist customers in selecting the right tools, plants, and supplies to meet their outdoor projects. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cashiering, cash handling, and retail math calculations. Stock shelves accurately, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is attractive and accessible. Maintain knowledge of e-commerce platforms to support online orders and customer inquiries. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions in multiple languages when applicable and resolving issues promptly. Support store organization through stocking, inventory management, and merchandising efforts to maximize sales opportunities. Skills Strong communication skills to engage with diverse customers effectively. Knowledge of horticulture, floral design, lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening techniques. Experience with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and cashiering procedures. Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving a diverse clientele. Organizational skills for stocking shelves, managing inventory, and maintaining store displays. Familiarity with retail sales strategies and customer service best practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating enthusiasm for outdoor care products.
