Job Description

Join our team as an AT&T Team Member, where you'll engage with customers face-to-face in a fast-paced retail environment. In this AT&T Team Member role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers exploring wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions. Your mission is to create meaningful in-store experiences, understand customer needs, and drive sales by connecting people with the right AT&T products and services. As a Retail Associate, you'll combine customer service excellence with strong sales skills to meet individual and team performance goals while building long-term customer relationships.
AT&T Team Member Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in-store, providing personalized recommendations based on their needs. Actively engage in sales conversations to promote AT&T wireless plans, devices, accessories, and additional services. Educate customers on product features, pricing options, and promotions to confidently guide purchasing decisions. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets in a performance-driven retail setting. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive checkout experience. Handle customer questions, concerns, and service-related issues with professionalism and empathy. Stay up to date on the latest devices, plans, and promotions to effectively communicate value. Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional service. What We're Looking For in a AT&T Team Member We're seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a goal-oriented retail atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will:
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate confidence initiating conversations and closing sales. Maintain a positive, energetic attitude on the sales floor. Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with performance expectations. Show the ability to multitask while prioritizing customer experience and revenue goals.
Preferred AT&T Team Member Qualifications:
Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Experience working with mobile devices, technology products, or wireless services is a plus. Reliable transportation to the office and surround retail locations

$45,000.00 - $54,391.75 per year
