Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our store, engaging with customers, providing expert product knowledge, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. Your enthusiasm for gaming and collectibles will help drive sales and strengthen our community connections. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their interests and needs Provide detailed information about video games, collectibles, and related merchandise to enhance customer satisfaction Process sales transactions accurately using retail software and cash handling procedures Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting environment Handle cash management duties including cash handling, cashiering, and balancing registers at shift end Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays Support special promotions or events to boost store engagement and sales Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred but not required Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately (including 10 key typing) Enthusiasm for video games, collectibles, or related hobbies is highly desirable Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed Join us to be part of a lively team that celebrates gaming culture while helping customers find their next favorite collectible!
