Job Description
Overview Join our Highland Greens team as a Pro Shop Attendant, where you'll be the friendly face that enhances our guests' experience! In this dynamic role, you'll manage retail operations, assist guests with their needs, and ensure the pro shop runs smoothly and efficiently. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a fun and welcoming experience for golfers of all ages and skill levels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, management, and hospitality. Duties Welcome and assist guests of the golf course for a seamless check-in process Manage tee time reservations and transactions accurately Answer phones for tee time bookings and provide course information Perform all other related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Preferred Experience Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and online booking software Strong customer service and communication experience required; prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, but not required. Ability to multi-task and comfortable working in a fast paced environment Strong interest in golf course operations; must have a strong willingness to learn the golf course industry Prior golf knowledge is preferred. Morning shifts are 7:30AM-3PM; Evening shifts are 3PM-10:30PM. Please note this is a seasonal position and hours may vary throughout the year depending on business needs.
