Service-to-Sales Team Member Location:

Ridgefield, CT (and surrounding CT stores) | Full-Time, M-F Keeler Automotive Group is expanding our Service to Sales initiative, and we're looking for two motivated candidates to join this exciting program. This is a unique opportunity to train with our team and grow into a pivotal role in connecting service and sales operations.

What You'll Do:

Communicate with service customers to identify their needs and interest in a new vehicle. Conduct appraisals of customers' current vehicles to support trade-in evaluations. Guide customers through the New Car Match process, connecting them with the right new vehicle in the sales showroom. Coordinate smoothly between service and sales teams to ensure every customer transition is seamless. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to drive satisfaction and sales. Learn and apply structured processes that support growth, efficiency, and results across departments.

What We're Looking For:

Strong hospitality skills and a customer-first mindset. Organized, process-oriented, and detail-focused. Analytical and tech-savvy (Google Suite experience a plus). Open-minded, eager to learn, and team-focused.
