Problem-solving Full Job Description Job Description:
We're looking for friendly, energetic team members to serve up smiles and ice cream! As a Cold Stone Crew Member, you'll hand-mix creations on the frozen stone, sing for tips, and deliver an unforgettable customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with enthusiasm and a smile Prepare and mix custom ice cream orders Operate the register and handle cash/credit transactions Maintain cleanliness and stock in the front and back of house Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Open and/or close the store following proper procedures Ensure all tasks are completed and shift goals are met Handle customer complaints and resolve minor issues Monitor product quality and inventory levels
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 18 years old Nice to have: experience with cake frosting or decoration
