4 hours (early morning, midday, evening, rotating weekends) About FS8 Stamford FS8 is a boutique fitness concept that blends Pilates, Tone, and Yoga into one low-impact, high-energy training experience. Rooted in functional movement and mindful fitness, FS8 delivers full-body workouts designed to improve strength, mobility, posture, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. At FS8 Stamford, we're more than a fitness studio. We are a wellness-focused community committed to helping members feel stronger, move better, and recover intentionally. In addition to reformer and mat Pilates classes, we offer private recovery services in-studio, creating a comprehensive approach to health and performance. We are currently seeking an energetic, personable, and highly organized team member to join our studio in a hybrid role that combines customer service, front desk operations, hospitality, and sales support. The Role As a Member Support Specialist / Sales Team Member / Front of House Associate , you are the face of the studio and an essential part of the member journey. You'll work closely with the Studio Manager and coaching team to create an exceptional in-studio experience from the moment members walk through the door. You'll help manage front desk operations, support membership growth, maintain studio standards, and assist clients through both fitness and recovery experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, community-driven environment and enjoys building genuine relationships with members. Key Responsibilities Member Experience & Front-of-House Operations Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and positive energy Manage check-ins, bookings, trial experiences, and general front desk operations Respond to member inquiries in person, over the phone, and online in a timely and professional manner Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated studio environment aligned with FS8 brand standards Build strong member relationships and provide knowledgeable support around classes, memberships, and studio offerings Recovery Services Support Assist with private recovery appointments and help guide clients through their recovery experience Ensure recovery rooms and equipment are prepared, sanitized, and operating at studio standards Create a calm, welcoming, and premium recovery environment for clients Help maintain operational consistency and exceptional hospitality standards across all recovery services Sales & Community Growth Support lead follow-up, trial conversion, and membership sales initiatives Assist with onboarding new members and preparing studio materials and retail displays Participate in local outreach efforts, partnerships, community events, and social activations Support studio retention and acquisition goals through proactive member engagement Studio Operations & Team Support Assist with opening and closing procedures Support coaches during class transitions and studio flow Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help maintain operational efficiency Stay informed on studio programming, promotions, and updates Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve the member experience Qualifications Friendly, reliable, and people-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with pride in maintaining a polished, welcoming space Tech-savvy and comfortable learning POS and studio management systems (Mindbody experience is a plus) Previous experience in fitness, hospitality, wellness, retail, or sales is preferred but not required Must be available for a rotating weekend schedule Why Join FS8 Stamford?
