About Us Absolute Treasury is an early-stage fintech company building patented technology at the intersection of treasury, FX markets, and automation. Our flagship platform, Currency Pool Optimizer ™ (CPO™), helps multinational companies improve returns on global currency balances by analyzing cash positions, bank interest rates, and FX swap pricing to identify incremental interest opportunities for corporate treasurers without introducing directional FX risk. We are a small, senior-led team working on a specialized financial technology product with meaningful commercial potential. The Role We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and versatile Operations & Strategy Associate to support Absolute Treasury across sales, marketing, product, and operational initiatives. This is a cross-functional role ideal for a strong generalist who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment, enjoys working across multiple business areas, and helps support the continued growth and refinement of an established platform. Sales & Communication Support Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking Maintain CRM accuracy and support outreach efforts Help organize client and prospect communications Marketing & Client Materials Create and update pitch decks, teasers, and client-facing documents Develop website content, posts, and marketing collateral Assist with visual materials including graphics and presentations Company, Market & Financial Research Conduct research on companies, industries, and competitors Analyze financials, market trends, and strategic opportunities Support client preparation and internal strategy work Operations & Documentation Maintain operational documents (FAQs, DDQs, onboarding materials) Draft meeting notes, summaries, and implementation guides Track action items and ensure follow-through across workstreams Product (CPO) Support Assist with UI concepts, workflows, and product documentation Support testing, issue tracking, and coordination with developers Help monitor client usage and product functionality Administrative & Special Projects Support legal, procurement, insurance, and vendor workflows Organize internal processes and ad hoc company initiatives Track multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met Who You Are Absolute Treasury is best suited for people who are ambitious, practical, intellectually curious, and energized by the pace and ownership of an early-stage fintech environment. A highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple priorities A strong communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills Comfortable working directly with founders, senior leadership, and external partners Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-moving startup environment Core Qualifications (Required) Strong writing, editing, and summarization skills Advanced PowerPoint / presentation design capabilities Solid Excel skills and basic financial literacy Experience using AI tools for research, drafting, and productivity High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and proactively Preferred Qualifications Experience in fintech, treasury, banking, SaaS, or consulting Familiarity with financial markets (FX, treasury concepts) Exposure to product workflows, automation, or basic technical tools Interest in working at the intersection of finance and technology Why Join Absolute Treasury?
