Kiddo Land Challengers is looking for energetic, reliable team members to join our store! This role is perfect for college students or anyone with a flexible schedule who enjoys working with kids in a fun, fast-paced environment. As a Team Member / Party Host, you'll help create memorable experiences for families by assisting with parties, maintaining a clean play area, and delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities:

Operate cash registers and handle guest transactions accurately Provide friendly, outgoing customer service to guests and team members Set up, host, and clean up birthday parties and events Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for children and families

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required Experience in amusement, childcare, or hospitality is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays Comfortable interacting with large groups of people Enjoy working with children and families
