Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Associate Meet with prospective customers in person to discuss available wireless and connectivity solutions and answer questions about products and services. Assess customer needs and recommend wireless plans, devices, and service options based on individual usage, preferences, and budget considerations. Guide customers through the enrollment, upgrade, and account setup process while ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately. Educate customers on device features, service offerings, and available promotions to support informed purchasing decisions. Maintain professional customer relationships by providing follow-up support and addressing questions related to products and services. Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and account information in accordance with company procedures. Work toward individual and team performance goals while delivering a positive customer experience. Stay up to date on product offerings, pricing, and service updates to effectively communicate available solutions to customers. Qualifications of the Wireless Sales Associate Experience in telecom sales or customer support is a plus but not required. Persistence and a positive attitude help you stay focused on your sales targets. Clear and confident speaking voice that helps you present AT&T's wireless deals. Participates in ongoing training on the latest mobile trends and sales techniques.
