Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs Promote and sell wine, beer and liqour. Handle cash transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering procedures, Process payments efficiently through cash registers or point-of-sale systems using basic math and retail math skills Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Maintain organized displays and ensure the sales floor is clean, stocked, and inviting for customers Experience Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers and team members Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
