Door Shop Manager / Lead Operator Join a Growing Team Bargain Moulding is looking for a hardworking, dependable Door Machine Helper to join our growing Door Shop team. You do not need experience — we're looking for someone who wants to learn a new trade, work with their hands, and grow with a company that is expanding. This is a hands-on, physical role where you'll assist in the production and preparation of interior doors while learning the door shop process from experienced team members. If you're someone who likes to stay busy, work hard, and be part of a team that takes pride in what they build, we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Assist with door preparation and shop production Help move, stack, and organize doors throughout the shop Lift, carry, and transport doors and materials safely Support machine operators and shop team members Help keep production moving efficiently to meet customer deadlines Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shop Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Learn the door shop process and develop new skills What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: ✔ Shows up every day ready to work ✔ Is comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving doors ✔ Wants to learn a valuable trade and grow their skills ✔ Works hard and takes pride in doing things the right way ✔ Can be counted on by their team ✔ Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic ✔ Wants to grow with a company that is expanding This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn a trade, build a long-term career, and grow into larger opportunities within a fast-growing company .
