We are seeking a Retail Sales & Support Associate to join our on-site team and contribute to our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Job Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable retail sales support. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Support warehouse operations including inventory management and stock replenishment. Utilize basic math skills for transactions, inventory tracking, and reporting. Operate technology tools such as POS systems and inventory software efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and operational targets. Required Qualifications Experience in retail sales and customer service roles. Basic math proficiency for handling sales and inventory tasks. Comfortable working in a warehouse setting supporting logistics. Proficiency with technology including point-of-sale and inventory systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Fluency in Spanish to assist a diverse customer base. Previous experience in a retail environment with warehouse responsibilities.
