Job Description

Key Responsibilities :
Member Service Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to members in person, by phone, and through digital channels. Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, account maintenance, and problem resolution. Educate members on available products, services, and digital banking tools. Maintain a thorough understanding of credit union policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Sales & Relationship Building Build strong relationships with members by understanding their financial needs and goals. Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that benefit members. Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover opportunities for deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, online banking, and other financial solutions. Meet or exceed individual and branch sales and referral goals. Cross-Selling & Referrals Proactively cross-sell checking accounts, savings accounts, certificates, consumer loans, credit cards, and other products. Refer members to mortgage, business banking, investment, and insurance specialists when appropriate. Promote new products, services, and branch initiatives to increase member engagement. Track referrals and sales activities in accordance with branch goals. Operational Support Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other member transactions accurately. Maintain balanced cash drawers and adhere to security procedures. Assist with account opening and documentation requirements. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
