Job Title:

Marijuana Budtender Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products
• Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
• Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws and regulations
• Handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain inventory and stock shelves with cannabis products
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary

Skills:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
• Multilingual or bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in retail sales, electronics sales, or wireless sales is beneficial
