Track record of achieving sales quotas Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Job Description We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate to provide excellent Boutique-level customer service and meet sales quotas for the business. You must have a strong passion for jewelry and sales to be successful in this position. Candidates must have strong communication skills with the ability to make customers feel welcome in the store. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about the products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave the store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's overall profitability. Candidates will often work alone and must manage their own responsibilities in order to achieve the store objectives. Candidates must also work well with others. Responsibilities Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing) Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Cross-sell products Ensure displays are fully stocked Manage returns of merchandise Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Owner Stay up-to-date with new products/services Marketing Execute Marketing Programs and Events to Company Standards Post Event Clean-up Participate/Execute Events in accordance with Marketing Standards Customer Service Customer Service (Complaints, etc.) Responding to Questions Phone Etiquette Strong Knowledge of Product Offerings Inventory Management Product Check-In & Physical Pricing Placing orders and contacting vendors as necessary Financial Management Handling Money & Financial Transactions Visual Merchandising Maintain Store Appearance Merchandising Displays Windows In-store Marketing Materials Maintain overall Aesthetics & Cleanliness Safety Store Operations Clean the store daily as part of the opening/closing checklist procedure Ensure the store has supplies to function efficiently Submitting Supply Forms Submit Requests to Marketing including Specific Signage Requirements

Working nights and holidays may be necessary periodically. This job often involves lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing on your feet for up to 8 hours. You will also have to maneuver around the sales floor and stockrooms, which are often dark and dusty.
