Schedule:
Full-time and part-time opportunities available (days, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required) As a Tunnel Car Wash Team Member at Splash In, you'll help keep our tunnel running safely and smoothly while delivering a fast, friendly experience for every customer. You'll work outdoors, stay active, and be part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way—safely, efficiently, and with a "customer-first" mindset. How you'll make an impact Operate the tunnel car wash system by following standard procedures and keeping equipment running effectively. Monitor tunnel performance, water/chemical levels, and flag issues promptly to keep operations moving. Greet customers, answer questions, and guide them through payment and wash preparation steps. Help customers prep vehicles for the wash (e.g., guiding onto conveyor, confirming windows closed, antennas retracted, and loose items secured). Follow all safety protocols, including chemical handling, PPE use, and traffic flow guidelines. Maintain cleanliness across the facility (tunnel, wash bay, vac areas, trash, and general site upkeep). Pitch in where needed—tire shine, loading, stocking, greeting—to support efficiency and the overall customer experience. What we're looking for High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Comfortable working outdoors, assisting customers, and recommending/upselling products when appropriate. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays (car washes operate 7 days a week). Ability to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation. Job Purpose and Function As a Tunnel Car Wash Team Member for Splash In, your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient operation of the tunnel car wash system while delivering exceptional service to customers. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment. Your duties will encompass various tasks essential to the smooth functioning of the car wash facility, all aimed at providing an outstanding experience for every customer . How You'll Make an Impact
  • Execute the operational procedures of the tunnel car wash system proficiently. This includes ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly, monitoring water and chemical levels, and promptly addressing any malfunctions or issues that may arise during operations.
  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival, answer any questions they may have about the car wash process, and guide them through the payment and preparation stages.
Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist customers in preparing their vehicles for the car wash process. This may involve guiding them onto the conveyor belt, ensuring windows are closed, antennas are retracted, and any loose items are removed from the vehicle to prevent damage during the wash.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues, and customers. This includes following proper chemical handling practices, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, and observing traffic flow guidelines within the car wash facility.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and maintenance of the car wash facility.
This involve s regularly cleaning the tunnel, vacuuming debris from the wash bay, emptying trash receptacles, and performing minor maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the facility operates smoothly . Contribute flexibly to various operational aspects, encompassing tasks like tire shining, loading, stocking, and greeting, to optimize efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience at the car wash. Availability and Travel :
