Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cashier/Sales Associate, where your energy and enthusiasm will drive exceptional customer experiences! Whether assisting with product demos or managing the checkout process, you'll be at the heart of our retail operation, making every customer interaction memorable and positive. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales accurately and quickly Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity Assist customers with product demonstrations and upselling to enhance their shopping experience Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure attractive presentation Support stocking activities by replenishing inventory on the sales floor and back stock areas Use strong communication skills to answer questions, provide product information, and promote store promotions or specials Practice excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Engage in retail math to calculate totals, discounts, and change accurately for each transaction Collaborate with team members and supervise new staff when needed to ensure smooth store operations Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
