Purpose:

Responsibilities Stays updated on product news at customer interaction points: checkout, fitting room, merchandise delivery. Knows and correctly executes store operations. Familiar with the store layout and sections. Knows all store devices (checkout, POD, PDA, etc.) and handles applications (ITX Stock, 25s, etc.). Ensures the store's image is maintained. Knows the location of all products. Provides a good customer experience by attending to their needs. Ensures the implementation of the Experience project. Ensures proper and quick restocking. Supports merchandise reception if necessary. Collaborates to achieve the store's sales goals. Communicates effectively, openly, and transparently with colleagues and supervisors. Helps control shrinkage. Complies with occupational risk prevention and health and safety regulations at work.

Requirements:

1 year of experience in fashion retail. Deliver a high level of customer service Support the cash desk and delivery teams Understand the latest fashion trends Replenish the shop floor Adhere to all the health & safety and security procedures Support other store functions when needed
