Luxury Retail Associate -
Bal Harbour Now Hiring:
Luxury Retail Associate Location:
Bal Harbour, FL Pay Rate:
$20-$21/hour We are seeking polished, customer-focused professionals to join a prestigious luxury retail brand in Bal Harbour. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Schedule:
Up to 40 hours per week Must be flexible to work a rotating retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable client experiences Assist customers with product selection and styling recommendations Support daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and replenishment Maintain the brand's luxury standards and presentation throughout the boutique Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to overall sales goals Assist with stockroom and back-of-house duties as needed
Qualifications:
