Boca Raton, FL 33431 | Full-time | Base + Commission About Us We are a leading company specializing in premium surfaces for building material coverings — including flooring, walls, countertops, and hardscaping — in porcelain, ceramic, wood, vinyl, and natural stone. Our clients include homeowners, general contractors, architects, designers, developers, and installers. Our mission is to deliver exceptional products and services that meet the needs of every project, large or small. About the Role We're looking for a dynamic, people-first sales professional to join our showroom team. You'll be the face of Tile & Co. — welcoming walk-in clients, guiding them to the right products, managing outreach to grow our client base, and supporting day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist walk-in showroom clients, providing product guidance and recommendations Build and maintain relationships with GCs, architects, designers, developers, installers, and end clients Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and messaging to generate new leads Manage and monitor the sales pipeline using our CRM and in-house software Assist with project specifications, file organization, and general daily tasks Track industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Report on sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback Qualifications Minimum 2 years of sales experience (required) Background in building materials, surfaces, or design-related industries (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and proactive with excellent follow-through Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and Google Workspace Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus Schedule Monday to
