Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, providing them with an exceptional shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring the store is well-maintained and organized. Duties Greet customers and provide excellent customer service. Process shipping transactions using UPS and other carrier systems. Pack customer items safely and professionally. Receive, sort, and distribute mailbox mail and packages. Operate printing, copying, scanning, and fax equipment. Assist customers with document printing and finishing services. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment. Stock shipping supplies and monitor inventory levels. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily sales accurately. Lift and move packages as needed (up to specified weight limit). Follow company policies and shipping regulations. Skills Proven experience in retail sales with a strong understanding of customer service principles. Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, fostering a positive shopping environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is preferred. Strong organizational skills to maintain store appearance and manage inventory efficiently.
