Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs and answer their questions about our products, promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as an associate, you should stay up-to-date with product promotions and maintain our store's visual appearance in high standards and be willing to work throughout the store during your shift. Associates are also responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the store. We offer a great working environment! Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales & service Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on products Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries Follow and achieve store sales goals "Go the extra mile" to drive sales and provide outstanding service Maintain the store in-stock and in clean and presentable condition at all times Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Process POS (point of sale) purchases Cross sell products Handle returns of merchandise Build productive trust relationships with customers Comply with inventory control procedures Assist with stocking the store and the cooler on a daily basis Using the ovens to cook food and drive food sales Skills Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Customer Service Representative or similar role A GREAT attitude Willing to work hard. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Proficiency in English Basic Math skills and cash handling Hands-on experience with POS transactions Familiarity with inventory procedures Solid communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner Availability to work flexible shifts Requirements Must have a positive TEAM attitude Must be able to lift 30lbs Must be able to work in a cold environment (Stocking Cooler) Must be willing to work weekends Must be willing to work holidays when needed We are open 365 days per year
