The retail associate position will assist customers by providing product recommendations, answering questions, and exploring new product options. The ideal candidate for this position is outgoing and has experience working in retail or restaurants and has a strong dedication to providing exceptional service. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced professional environment. Motivated to excel in customer service and sales. Duties Engage and assist customers as they shop within the store, including greeting the customers' pets and offering treat samples, fresh water. Answer questions related to the merchandise and locate items. Process payments and keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked at all times. Scheduling service appointments for multiple groomers. Capture fun Instagram moments within the store with customers and pets to share on companies' social channels. Collaborate with team members, help plan fun in-store activations Maintain the front of house retail space. Cleaning required. Skills
- High School diploma required
- Happy and carrying a positive attitude, motivated for success.
- Ability to work well on team, as well as be comfortable working independently at times
- Must be able to work one weekend day and holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
