  • AUTOMOTIVE High Energy Leadership Opportunity Growth Focused An established and growing new car dealership on the Space Coast is seeking an experienced BDC Supervisor to lead a high-performing Business Development Center team.

00 per hour (combined hourly wage plus performance bonuses based on results and department goals) Position Overview The BDC Supervisor will oversee daily BDC operations, coach and develop staff, monitor lead handling, drive appointment performance, and ensure outstanding customer communication throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities Supervise and motivate BDC representatives to achieve appointment and sales goals Monitor inbound internet, phone, text, and chat lead response times and quality Train, coach, and develop team members for performance improvement Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including appointments set, shown, sold, and conversion rates Work closely with sales management to improve lead handling and customer experience Ensure proper CRM usage, follow-up processes, and appointment confirmation procedures Create a positive, energetic, and accountable work environment Qualifications Prior automotive BDC experience required Previous BDC leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills Experience with CRM systems and lead management processes Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable Strong organizational and follow-up skills Professional appearance and positive attitude What We Offer Competitive compensation: $20
