Racquets Sports Pro Shop Associate

National at Ave Maria Golf Club , located in Ave Maria, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Racquets Sports Pro Shop Associate! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding pro-shop services, memberships, and events. Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and retail area. Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise. Provide information on tennis and pickleball programs, lessons, and schedules. Support pro-shop staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Customer service experience preferred. Basic knowledge of tennis and pickleball preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Benefits:

Hourly wage of $15 per hour. Discounted or complimentary access to pro-shop amenities and services.
