Inside Sales/Tech Support Representative (fixed salary)

TELE RADIO, a multinational Radio Remote Control company is currently seeking for a self-driven, motivated Sales Representative/Tech Support who can immediately incorporate into the American Division. "The Employee's initial work location will be the North Miami office. Effective August 1, 2026, the Employee will be assigned to our new Davie on a permanent basis" This position requires a motivated candidate with technical background.

Main duties include:

Provide sales support to our distributors and customers in America. Perform inside sales duties, answering e-mails and phone calls of customers requesting information of our products. Online research of new markets and companies potentially interested in using our products. Follow up and give support to our Reps and customers. Candidate will be fully trained on the applications, configuration and use of our Radio Remote Controls.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Electronics and/or Industrial electricity is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent with computers and the use of new technologies. Advanced IT knowledge is a plus and would allow employee to help with IT requirements of the company. Bilingual(English-Spanish or English-Portuguese) preferred. The candidate must be very active, self driven, effective interpersonal and listening skills and the motivation and capacity to understand our company's product. This job requires a flexible motivated person willing and capable of multitasking. Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checks required.

Compensation:

Salary will be based on candidate's skills. Health + Dental insurance is provided. 401 K retirement plan.
