What You'll Do:
Deliver exceptional customer experiences from the moment clients walk in — warm, polished, and professional at all times. Maintain a luxury-level environment that reflects the Massage Envy standard — detail-oriented, organized, and inviting. Collaborate with your team in a supportive, high-energy atmosphere where friendly competition fuels success. Track performance metrics (sales, memberships, retention) and strive to exceed personal and team goals. Handle daily operations such as scheduling, check-ins, and payments with efficiency and accuracy.

What We're Looking For:
