Part-time Position Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individual to represent our watersports rental business from the tiki hut. This position serves as one of the first points of contact for guests, assisting with reservations, check-ins, customer inquiries, retail sales, and overall guest experience. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, interacting with people, and maintaining a positive, professional atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide excellent customer service. Answer questions regarding rentals, pricing, activities, and local attractions. Check guests in and process rental agreements and waivers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tiki hut and guest areas. Monitor supplies, and rental paperwork. Communicate effectively with dock staff, instructors, and management. Ensure guests follow company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Friendly, professional, and dependable. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Basic computer and phone skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service, hospitality, tourism, or retail experience preferred. Preferred Traits Positive attitude and team-player mentality. Sales-oriented and confident speaking with guests. Knowledge of local attractions and watersports is a plus. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available. Weekends and holidays required during peak season. Flexible scheduling based on business needs. Compensation Opportunities for commissions, bonuses, and tips (if applicable).
