We are looking for full-time and part-time Sales Associates to join our Doral location. This is an active, customer-facing retail position . The role involves assisting customers, learning product basics, handling transactions, and supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities Assist customers with tennis, pickleball, and padel racquets, shoes, apparel, and accessories Answer basic product questions and provide guidance (training provided) Process sales accurately at the point of sale Keep the sales floor organized and presentable Support daily store operations as needed What We're Looking For Availability for approximately 40 hours per week (full-time) or part-time , including weekdays, weekends, and select holidays Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day Reliable and consistent attendance Retail or customer service experience is a plus, not required Interest in racquet sports is helpful but not mandatory Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required ( Spanish or Portuguese ) Compensation Competitive hourly pay for Sales Associates in the Orlando area Stable full-time schedule On-the-job product training Work Location In-person Doral, FL, 33172 Who This Role Works Well For This role can be a good fit for college students , recent graduates , or anyone seeking stable retail employment with an established company .
