Greeter and Brand Ambassador representatives help families experience memorable experiences. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive experience. This role is essential in promoting our products and services while providing exceptional customer service. On Point Marketing will provide the training, tools and events for you to be successful. Duties Greet customers warmly and enthusiastically , ensuring they feel welcome and valued. Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services available. Engage in appointment setting to promote additional products or services that may benefit customers. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest. Maintain a clean and organized area, ensuring it reflects our standards. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate customer needs. Supervise the flow of customers during peak hours to ensure efficient service. Utilize etiquette when answering customer questions, directing inquiries appropriately. Experience Previous experience in face to face costumer service environments is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Experience in supervising or leading teams is a plus. Familiarity with travel destinations helps but not required. A passion for helping others and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be highly regarded.
