Carlux FTL is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team and provide our customers with a memorable shopping experience. The Sales Associate will be responsible for selling products to our customers, maintaining inventory levels, and assisting customers with their order fulfillment. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has the ability to work independently, and the desire to succeed. Responsibilities:

Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a robust customer network Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles Must be able to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Assist our Internet sales department with scheduling appointments with clients that are currently in the market.

Qualifications:

Bilingual Preferably Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required. Willing to adapt to ever changing environment, technology and process.
