Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to brides and their guests
  • Assist brides in finding their dream wedding dress and accessories
  • Offer styling advice and guidance based on individual preferences and body types
  • Conduct measurements to order appropriate size gown for client
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom
  • Process sales transactions
  • Upsell additional products and services to enhance the bridal experience
  • Knowledgeable in designers that are carried in store and stay current with trends
  • Physical ability to move throughout the store, lifting 15+ pounds, kneeling and standing for long periods of time
  • Be comfortable modeling the gowns for social media content
  • Candidate must be

Experience:
  • Previous experience in premium/luxury retail, preferably bridal
  • Previous xperience as a bridal stylist is even better!
  • Familiarity with technology sales and electronic devices
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and keep appointment times running smoothly
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written As a Bridal Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with brides-to-be, helping them find the perfect wedding dress for their special day.
Your expertise in sales, organizational skills, and ability to provide exceptional customer service will contribute to creating a memorable experience for each bride. If you have a passion for fashion, enjoy working with people, and have a knack for upselling, we would love to have you join our team. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. As of now, this position is for weekends only (Saturdays and Sundays) along with occasional weekday hours. Scheduling will be based upon how many appointments are booked and will vary weekly. The perfect candidate will be expected to achieve sales targets and be highly goal oriented. Commission structure will be in place for your closing ratio and selling which gives the ability to make up to $30
  • 40/hour.
