$18.00 - $20.00 per hour 26-05978 Job Summary The Counter Sales Associate is responsible for supporting daily sales operations and delivering exceptional customer service in a wholesale distribution environment. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, order placement, and sales transactions both in person and over the phone. The position also supports inventory management, shipment processing, warehouse activities, and overall store operations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. Experience within HVAC, wholesale distribution, or related industries is highly preferred. Job Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and sales transactions.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide product information and support to customers at the sales counter.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using company systems.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management activities.
  • Receive, record, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Support warehouse operations as needed, including material handling and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned.
  • Support scheduling, ordering, and other operational tasks when required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Complete required training and maintain product knowledge to support customer needs.
