Entry Level AT&T Team Member:

Be the first point of contact for customers-answering questions, resolving issues, and recommending tailored service plans. Provide expert advice on AT&T's latest products and services, matching customers with the right solutions based on their needs. Handle the complete sales process- from first interaction to post-sale follow-up to ensuring accuracy, satisfaction, and security every step of the way. Build rapport, establish trust, and leave each customer feeling supported, informed, and excited about their service. Identify opportunities to upgrade services, promote new offers, or recommend additional solutions that add value to the customer. Background and Qualifications of the
