What You'll Do as an
Entry Level Sales Associate:
Assist customers in person with AT&T wireless plans, upgrades, and new enrollments Explain devices, pricing, promotions, and service options clearly and professionally Help customers compare plans based on their household and connectivity needs Support account setup, service updates, and customer support inquiries Deliver a positive customer service experience through strong communication Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve daily and weekly goals Maintain accurate customer information and account records
What We're Looking For:
