Job Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in the outlet showroom, guiding them to the best products for their comfort and budget. Deliver an excellent customer experience by listening to customer needs and providing knowledgeable recommendations. Learn outlet merchandise thoroughly—including clearance, discontinued, and promotional items—to present the best options. Support purchasing, financing, and delivery processes, including accurate system entry and customer follow-up. Exceed personal sales goals while contributing to team success. Maintain professionalism and uphold our culture of honesty and integrity. Assist with inventory flow, including floor placement and product movement, in a high-turnover environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom to support a positive customer experience. Ensure alertness and attentiveness throughout the entirety of your shift to maintain optimal performance.
