Full Job Description About Us:
Heritage Palms Golf & Country Club is a premier, private community offering exceptional golf, racquet sports, dining, and recreational amenities. Our Tennis & Pickleball Department is dedicated to providing an outstanding experience for members and guests. We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Tennis Pro Shop Attendant to join our team.
Position Summary:
The Tennis Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to members and guests, assisting with day-to-day shop operations, and supporting the overall success of the Tennis & Pickleball program. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service at all times Assist with court reservations, check-ins, and program registrations Process retail sales and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked pro shop Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about programs and services Support tennis and pickleball events, league play, and daily operations Coordinate with professional staff to ensure smooth scheduling and member satisfaction Assist with basic racquet services (training provided) Perform light administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred Knowledge of tennis and/or pickleball is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic computer programs Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
