Reservationist and Hut Staff in Fort Walton Beach. Destiny Water Adventures is looking for a Reservationist to be the friendly, organized face (and voice) of our Fort Walton Beach operation. You'll be part booking agent, part retail associate, part information desk, and all-around people person. No experience needed — just bring the personality and we'll handle the training. What you'll be doing: Handling reservations for boat, jet ski, and jeep rentals — in person and over the phone Greeting guests with a warm welcome and answering questions about our services and packages Processing payments and keeping paperwork accurate and organized Assisting customers in our retail store with merchandise and gear Coordinating scheduling to keep rentals running smoothly throughout the day Jumping in wherever the team needs you — this is a everyone-pitches-in kind of place Who you are: Outgoing, friendly, and genuinely enjoy talking to people all day long Organized and detail-oriented — you don't let things fall through the cracks A strong multitasker who stays calm and focused when it gets busy Dependable and punctual — your team and your guests are counting on you Comfortable on the phone and picking up basic reservation systems (full training provided) No prior experience necessary — the right attitude matters more Pay based on experience, plus daily cash tips and commission.
