What You'll Own Creating a shoppable, inspiring, and welcoming experience Answer questions and make personalized product recommendations Operate the point-of-sale system quickly and accurately Increasing basket size through trust, connection, and thoughtful attach programs Building a loyal following of repeat guests Help keep shelves stocked, displays engaging, and the store spotless Take part in tastings, promotions, and store events (like bartending, but in retail!) Creating strong relationships with supplier and distributor partners Represent The Good Pour brand with pride—sharing our app, mission, and charitable efforts Stay curious by completing ongoing product knowledge and service training Bringing fresh, innovative ideas that are in par with wine and spirits trends, new products and industry developments Who you are 21+ years of age High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience in hospitality, bartending, serving, retail, or sales Friendly, guest-focused, and service-driven Flexible to work evenings and weekends Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits—or excited to learn Comfortable working both independently and with a team Physical requirements
