as a Sales Support Associate and be a vital part of our dynamic team in Hialeah, FL. This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced wholesale environment.
Responsibilities:
Sell company products and services to new and existing customers. Prospect and contact potential customers. Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to clients. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Support inventory management and stock replenishment processes. Create sales material to present to customers. Coordinate the flow of outgoing orders with the warehouse personnel.
Requirements:
High school diploma. Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Spanish. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
