Job Description

We are hiring a Wireless Sales Crew Member to support a growing AT&T wireless campaign across Florida. This is a full-time, in-person customer-facing sales position focused on helping customers explore wireless plans, devices, upgrades, and telecommunications services through direct interaction. As a Wireless Sales Crew Member, you will work directly with customers to explain AT&T wireless services, answer questions, compare account options, and support activations and upgrades. If you enjoy talking to people, staying active throughout the day, and working toward goals in a team-focused environment, this opportunity offers hands-on sales experience with room to grow. What You'll Do Engage directly with customers to discuss AT&T wireless plans, devices, promotions, and service options Explain pricing, account features, phone upgrades, wireless plans, and available promotions in a clear and professional way Assist customers with account setup, activations, upgrades, and new service enrollments Answer customer questions related to wireless services, devices, billing, and account options Create a positive customer experience through professional communication and relationship building Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales activity Work toward daily and weekly sales goals in a performance-driven environment Represent AT&T wireless services professionally during all customer interactions What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer interaction skills Comfortable speaking directly with customers in fast-paced environments Goal-oriented mindset with an interest in sales, customer service, or telecommunications Professional, dependable, and team-focused attitude Ability to work independently while contributing to team success Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or wireless experience is helpful but not required
