Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate and managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Assist in training new employees
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Experience in team management
- Proficiency in shift management
- Knowledge of retail management practices
- Ability in cash handling procedures
- Experience in training development
- Previous experience as an assistant manager is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Strong leadership skills
